Founder and President
As founder and President of Marklyn Management Ltd., Jonathan Kardash brings over 25 years of real estate investment experience and is primarily responsible for new business development and reporting of financial and legal activities to clients and shareholders. Holding a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Arts from York University, his past successes include the development, sales and marketing of commercial, residential and industrial properties in the Ottawa and surrounding areas. His vision and leadership abilities have contributed to the growing success of Marklyn Management Ltd. and its clients.

Rob Brunetti is directly responsible for the overall management of construction projects. This includes job costing, supervision, coordination, and operations management. With over 30 years experience, Mr. Brunetti’s expertise lies in commercial design and construction.
As the in-house bookkeeper with over 25 years of accounting experience, Brenda is responsible for the coordination of accounting and financial statement preparation with a Chartered Accountant, along with reporting to shareholders.
